Hand. Cannot. Erase. Is the new album by British musician Steven Wilson and it’s taken an entire audience by storm! Its official release date was February 27, 2015 and was recorded by Air Studios, London, Uk. All band members from the previous albums are on this one, and Steven Wilson himself said the goal was to make this album less “jazzy” compared to some of the previous albums he has made.

Wilson has said that the album is written to be interpreted in a female perspective. What many fans don’t know is that Steven Wilson was inspired for this album by the case of Joyce Carol Vincent. She was a woman who lived in a big city and ended up dying in her apartment. On top of that for 3 years no one came looking for her, even though she had plenty of family and friends.
